Our 1000ltr stainless blender with double ribbon ensures fast and efficient blending. Products can then be packed into bulk or a variety of glass and plastic jars and pouches. Or send your bulk to us and we can pack it.

Powder packing

We have an in line screw elevator and autoweigher for filling powders. Powders are loaded and screened on a 2000 micron vibratory sieve then fed to the auger filling station. We have tooling for small fill 20g to 1000g and also large sack filling. The filling operation can incorporate inserts such as silica sachets and measuring scoops.
