We can handle nutraceutical and food grade liquids of varying viscocity including oils.
Liquids Mixing
We can produce your recipe method in batch sizes from 50 litre up to full tank 1000 litre and we have a 7.5kW high shear in line homogeniser for perfectly smooth liquids and emulsions.
Liquids Filling
We have an automatic rotary filler and a 4 head in-line filler so we can handle most fill sizes. Typical fill range on liquids is 20ml up to 500ml and we have tooling for a variety of bottle sizes. Various closures include spray heads, pipettes, dropper inserts, tamper, CRC and standard screw caps.
We have two auto in line labeling machines and batch coding can either be pre-printed or printed online.
Final assembly to retail carton can incorporate dosing devices such as spoons, measure caps, syringes and leaflet inserts.
Cartons can be coded on-line with the option of shrink packing and bar coding before packing to final shipper.
